At Better Half for Flowers & Roses, we take great pride in the quality and freshness of our products. As flowers and floral arrangements are perishable goods, the following policy applies:
1. Fresh Flowers & Arrangements
Due to the perishable nature of flowers:
- ❌ We do not accept returns or refunds once an order has been delivered and accepted
- Customers are advised to inspect their order at the time of delivery
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, wilted, or incorrect, please:
- Take a clear photo immediately upon delivery
- Contact us via WhatsApp at +974 77704923 within 2 hours
After review, we may offer one of the following (at our discretion):
- A replacement arrangement at no additional cost
- A partial or full refund, depending on the issue
- Store credit for a future purchase
3. Non-Delivery
If your order is not delivered within the agreed time window:
- Please contact us immediately
- If we are unable to complete delivery, you are entitled to a full refund
4. Order Cancellations
- Cancellations made at least 3 hours before delivery → ✅ Full refund
- Cancellations made less than 3 hours before delivery → ⚠️ Refund at our discretion
- Orders already prepared or dispatched → ❌ No refund
5. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
