By placing an order with Better Half for Flowers & Roses, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. About Us
Better Half for Flowers & Roses is a licensed flower shop based in Umm Ghuwailina, Doha, Qatar.
2. Ordering
- Orders can be placed via our website (WhatsApp checkout) or directly via WhatsApp at +974 77704923
- All orders are subject to availability and acceptance
- An order is considered confirmed only after you receive a confirmation message from us
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion
3. Pricing and Payment
- All prices are in Qatari Riyal (QAR) and include VAT where applicable
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice
- Full payment is required at the time of order confirmation
- Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers
4. Delivery
- Same-day delivery is available across Doha, subject to availability
- Delivery hours: 08:00 – 22:00
Customer responsibilities:
- Provide accurate delivery details
- Ensure the recipient is available to receive the order
We are not responsible for:
- Incorrect or incomplete address details
- Recipient unavailability
- Delays due to traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances
A delivery fee may apply depending on location and will be confirmed before order completion.
5. Product Availability & Substitution
- Flowers are seasonal and perishable; availability may vary
- If a product is unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute it with a similar item of equal or higher value and style
6. Order Cancellation
- Cancellations made at least 3 hours before delivery → ✅ Eligible for full refund
- Cancellations made less than 3 hours before delivery → ⚠️ Refund may be provided at our discretion
- Orders that are already prepared or dispatched → ❌ Cannot be cancelled
7. Limitation of Liability
- We are not responsible for the condition of flowers after delivery due to their perishable nature
- We are not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control
- Our liability is limited to the value of the order placed
8. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including images, text, logos, and branding, is the property of Better Half for Flowers & Roses and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Qatar.
